Terms
& Conditions: - Deposit:
50% deposit with booking, balance on arrival. For school holiday bookings, Christmas
& Easter, Long Weekends and bookings >7 days: payment in full is required
1 month prior to arrival.
- Industry
Standard Cancellation Conditions: For cancellations in non-holiday seasons or
holiday weekends more than 21 days prior to arrival: 10% of the deposit is forfeit,
or min. $50. and cancellations 21 days or less prior to arrival the deposit is
non-refundable. For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival for school holidays,
Christmas & Easter and other Long Weekends, bookings > 7 days - or during
occupancy -the entire sum is forfeit (unless the vacancy can be re-booked).

Well-behaved
dogs are very welcome indoors.Woongara,
the 2 bedroom cottage, sleeps 4 people (5 people by arrangement only) in 1
queen bed, 2 x singles (can be together or apart. Can be made into a king bed
for bookings >4 days.) An additional single folding bed is available by arrangement. Karinya,
the open plan cottage, sleeps 2 people - one queen bed and an optional single
